BYLAWS ENFORCEMENT COMMITTEE

CHALLENGE: Communities may lack the bylaws or lack the ability to enforce bylaws that can interrupt and stop the manufacture and distribution of crystal Meth, and prevent continuation of "Meth lifestyle" on the streets.

METH DISTRIBUTION "DEALERS" COMMITTEE -POLICE

CHALLENGE: The manufacture and distribution of Meth can be done discreetly, in a small space, with commonly available ingredients. The price of Meth is affordable and, due to the nature of Meth addiction, addicts lose any inhibition to commit auto theft and property crimes to fuel their habit. Meth addiction also leads to psychotic and violent behavior.

MANUFACTURERS PRECURSORS COMMITTEE

CHALLENGE: Meth can be manufactured anywhere in your community. The precursors to manufacture Meth can easily be obtained from local retailers.

DISTRIBUTION COMMITTEE (POLICE)
